Refund Policy

Partial refunds are possible for cancellations made up to 30 days prior to the event (90% of the registration fee) and for cancellations made within 15 days prior to the event (50% of the participation fee). No refunds for changes and/or cancellations of registrations can be granted less than 15 days before the event.

However, substitute delegates for already registered participants are welcome and any notification of change of participant must be sent to TouRM@unibz.it  no later than July 20th, 2026.

All communication related to conference´s registration and logistics need to be addressed to the organizing committee at TouRM@unibz.it  


Ethical considerations

All participants are expected to have an appropriate conduct and an acceptable behavior during the activities of the TRM group. The interactions and relationships taking place, online or in presence, during the TRM activities must be characterized by professional, appropriate, respectful, and non-discriminator behaviors. This applies to all people involved in the TRM activities.
